ARTICLE 1: MANDATORY INFORMATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTCS”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded between Maroc and You and any non-trading individual (“Customer”) in connection with the sale of services presented on the website. www.marocetvous.ma
These General Terms and Conditions are available at any time on the website, via the URL https://www.marocetvous.ma/cgv and will prevail over any other document.
Any payment for the purchase of a made-to-measure travel service with Maroc et vous implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. The mention “Any payment” is considered as the acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale of Morocco and You will be indicated on each invoice.
In order to improve the use of its website www.marocetvous.ma or to comply with new legislation, Maroc et Vous reserves the right to adapt or modify the Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, without prior notice. The modified General Terms and Conditions of Sale will then be applicable as soon as they are posted online. The conditions applicable to a transaction are those in force at the date of the order.
ARTICLE 2: ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SOLD
The website www.marocetvous.ma sells advice and assistance in organizing tailor-made trips. This includes research into transport, accommodation, activities and good addresses for a given destination. The service also includes writing, graphic design and printing of a paper guide sent to the customer's address.
The service does not include the reservation of the services offered, as they will be reserved by the customer.
The main features of the services offered by Maroc et Vous, including specifications, illustrations, and their respective prices, are made available to customers on the Maroc et Vous website, https://marocetvous.fr/offre. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of these characteristics before placing an order. The choice and purchase of a service from Maroc et vous are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The customer declares that he/she has read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale prior to placing his/her order. Validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 3: PRICES
The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC).
In the case of an order delivered to a country other than metropolitan France, the customer is the importer of the products purchased. For all products shipped outside France's overseas territories or the European Union, the invoice is based on the price excluding taxes. The customer is solely responsible for declaring and paying any customs duties or other taxes that may be payable in his country.
There is a €20 charge for printing and mailing the paper guide.
reserves the right to provide quotations at prices different from those offered, within the framework of a “free rein” formula, which will be adapted to the customer's needs.
Maroc et Vous reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price indicated at the time of the order.
Delivery charges are not included in the price. Delivery charges are indicated on the order form before the order is placed. Nor do they include the cost of reserving transport, accommodation or activities selected for the trip, since all services are reserved by the customer.
ARTICLE 4: ORDERS
You can order our products directly from our website.
To request the creation of a tailor-made trip, the customer must complete the questionnaire on the website, via the URL https:/marocetvous.ma/contact. This form is compulsory in order to provide Maroc et Vous with all the information required to create a customized trip for the customer.
In order to better understand the customer and his customized trip, Maroc et Vous will contact the customer by e-mail or telephone, depending on the option selected in the questionnaire. An exchange will take place to specify the Customer's needs and desires.
A quotation will then be sent to the Customer. Once payment has been made by the Customer, Maroc et Vous will carry out searches to find the travel services that meet the Customer's requirements and budget.
If the customer wishes to change any aspect of their trip, Maroc et Vous will carry out the necessary research at no extra cost.
Maroc et Vous will then contact the customer at several stages in the preparation of the trip, in particular to validate certain services. The customer will receive e-mails from Maroc et Vous containing booking links for the selected services. The Customer must book the selected services by following the links provided by Maroc et Vous. The Travel Planner service offered by Maroc et Vous does not handle the booking for the Customer and does not advance any travel expenses.
As soon as the emails containing the booking links for accommodation, transport, restaurants and activities are sent, the customer undertakes to book them as soon as possible in order to benefit from the conditions found by Maroc et Vous . Maroc et Vous is in no way responsible for price increases or changes in availability of suggestions made by Maroc et Vous.
The travel guide created by Maroc et Vous is sent to the customer by post, to the address provided by the customer. Once the travel guide has been printed, no further changes can be made to the trip by the customer.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY
Maroc et Vous delivers travel guides in mainland France, including Corsica and the French overseas departments and territories. Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer.

ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is made by bank transfer, upon receipt of the invoice and RIB from Maroc et Vous. Payment via secure stripe online payment platforms is also possible.
The price is payable in cash by the customer, the first half on receipt of the quotation and the second half on receipt of the travel log. Maroc et vous reserves the right to refuse access to services, or to suspend them, in the event of a payment incident or in the event of fraud, attempted fraud or risk of fraud relating to the use of the website.
ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article L121-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of twenty-four hours from the validation of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal for all orders for research and/or travel organization services.

ARTICLE 9: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Maroc et Vous, represented by Delphine Besson, is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all the elements associated with Maroc et Vous accessible on the website. www.marocetvous.maThis includes texts, graphics, logos, icons, software, additional documentation that can be sent by e-mail, as well as paper travel guides created specifically for each customer.
All comments, images and illustrations on our site are our exclusive property. Under intellectual property and copyright law, any use is prohibited except for private use.
Without prior authorization, any reproduction of our site, whether partial or total, is strictly forbidden.
ARTICLE 10: LIABILITY
However, our contractual responsibility cannot be engaged in the situations mentioned below:
Maroc et Vous undertakes to provide the due service to the Customer diligently, in a professional manner and to the best of its ability, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement, and in compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
Maroc et Vous provides advice and assistance in the organization of customized trips. Given the nature of the services provided by Maroc et Vous, the obligation incumbent on Maroc et Vous is an obligation of means, to the exclusion of any obligation of result, which the Customer expressly acknowledges at the time of payment for the service.
Maroc et Vous cannot be held responsible for :
Failure to make reservations with the service providers proposed by Maroc et Vous (accommodation, transport, restaurants, activities, etc.).
Price increases for reservations of services offered by Maroc et Vous (accommodation, transportation, restaurants, activities, etc.). The rates for reservations quoted by Maroc et Vous are indicative only. The suppliers of accommodation, transport, restaurants, activities, etc. for the customer's trip are free to modify the prices of their services in accordance with their own general terms and conditions of sale, without Maroc et Vous being held liable.
Difficulties that may arise between the suppliers of accommodation, transport, restaurants, activities, or any other person involved in the proposed trip and the customer, before, during or after the trip. Maroc et Vous shall not be party to any dispute whatsoever between the purchaser and any of the service providers selected for the trip. Only the service provider may be held liable.
Poor progress of the trip organized by Maroc et Vous (cancellation or modification by a service provider, bad experience of the trip or service, accident during the planned trip, unforeseen events (climatic, political, economic, social problems, etc.).
Errors in the information given on the paper guide sent to the customer's address (opening hours, address, etc.).
The booking and choice of trip is the sole responsibility of the user. The customer is therefore entirely responsible for all reservations and for ensuring that the trip runs smoothly. The photographs on our website and in our travel guides have no contractual value. We cannot be held responsible for them.
ARTICLE 11: PERSONAL DATA
The customer is hereby informed that certain information relating to the customer will be transmitted to Maroc et Vous (i.e. surname, first name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, family situation, information on travel habits and information relating to the organization of the customized trip, etc.) solely to enable the proper performance of Maroc Et Vous services: creation of the tailor-made trip, invoicing, delivery of the paper guide, customer management, customer relations, complaints and after-sales service.
The site ensures that the customer's personal information is collected and processed in compliance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. The data collected will not be communicated to third parties.
Unless the customer expressly agrees, personal data will not be used for advertising or marketing purposes.
Maroc Et Vous will keep the data thus collected for a period of 5 years, covering the period of prescription of the applicable contractual civil liability.
Maroc et Vous implements organizational, technical, software and physical digital security measures to protect personal data against alteration, destruction and unauthorized access. However, it should be noted that the Internet is not a completely secure environment and cannot guarantee the security of the transmission or storage of information over the Internet.
In accordance with Articles 39 and 40 of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, customers have the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose their personal data. Customers may exercise this right by sending an e-mail to contactmarocetvous@gmail.com
ARTICLE 12: JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
In the event of a dispute between the consumer customer and our company, French law shall apply.
The French courts have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
